Last time you mentioned you were not willing to downgrade to 4.1. Is it on 5.0.1 unlocked with Ipad baseband?

as far as im aware it was still on 4.33? thats what i had on redsn0w anyway...
Im willning to do whatever as long as it works.
 
Why don't you run it through Redsn0w and see if it works? if now then downgrade it to 4.1 and you will be fine.

I ran it through redsn0w once more, same as the first time...
the phone did everything, just like the first, but instead of starting up, just shows up as though it has low battery.

It is very easy to install the iPad baseband. I think it's redsnow/pwnage tool or something and once you find out which one, it's easy peazy.
 
1. Download 3gs 4.1 firmware to you PC.
2. Download tiny umbrella to your PC.
3. Put your phone into DFU mode and restore.
4. At the end of restore process, you will get a 1015 error. Use TU to exit recovery. Your phone will boot up to activation screen.

I restore it with itunes?
And the 1015 error? what do i do about that?

Yes, Itunes to restore. Once your phone in DFU, iTunes will indicate your phone is in recovery, hit shift +restore at the same time, it will give you option to pick firmware to restore. Pick 4.1.

Use Tiny Umbrella to fix 1015 error at the end.

it didnt give me an error... it jsut closed after. and tinyumbrella isnt doing anything..
