I called Apple on Wednesday about my missing order (UTD).
I received my replacement (Retail version) this morning. They shipped it express!
Whoever hasn't called....CALL!
You don't have to fight for it. They know this is going on.

Like everyone else suggested, I would call Apple. I ordered my copy of the up-to-date disk in early August and it arrived Sept 1. The disk was bad, and I jut received the replacement. Since they mailed mine USPS, it may have been "lost" in the mail.
Well *WE* certainly can't solve it for you.. not sure why you posted this...
But you can always torrent it.
I called Wednesday, was told I'd get one shipped to me for Today..nope-didn't get it!
Still hasn't arrived - although when I read about all of the problems people are having, I'm not so sure that it's a bad thing that I'm waiting - at least my mac is working right now.

Why? are you afraid to call? Why not solve it in minutes instead of days? And nothing to really be in a hurry about, there is very minor changes.

If you are nervous about talking to them, I'm telling you they are the best customer service I have dealt with so far. Very friendly. They will not fight you on it, because they know this is happening. You will get a retail box replacement shipped with puro air, and all will be well. Seriously, take the leap. If you wait too long, its not going to happen.

in canada, same problem. I called apple on the 11th and the guy said they've been having some problems with the 'update' program for some reason. He put me on hold a couple minutes and came back saying he's shipping me a retail box express shipping and should be here between the 16th-21st. I said great and hung up the phone, was no hastle.
Just Sayin' I'm 13🙂 and my parents don't know computers

You don't have to know anything about computers to call Apple and ask where your software order is. I think you are just making excuses.

id hardly call it amazing. there are a few minor tweaks that make it more nice. it will make a difference later on, but not so much now. It is marginally faster. What is there to be uninformed about? You think its amazing because its new.
