Hi!

I'm new and trying to find someone to help me with getting my computer to function again.

I have a Macbook pro maybe early 2011 with a regular harddrive and I'm uncertain what version of MacOS is running on it. One day it started to turn off during startup "for no reason". I am allowed to type the password and get a loading bar that works up to roughly 30% then the computer shuts down. I may start the computer in Safari guest mode.

Steps I've tried already:
Start in secure mode(shift) - gets the bar a bit further but with the same result
Clear RAM (ctrl-alt-r-p or whatever) - no result.
Recovery mode - no problem with disc partitions found. One possible reason is them both being almost completely full. - Found some info of the problem involving Filevault(no clue what this is really) and I have tried to shut it down or decrypt disc or reinstall MacOS but I can't login with mac drive password(either because I don't remember it or because there's something wrong)
Diagnostics - no error found

Suggestions? Would be so helpfull. My life is on the line(and my girlfriends photo library).
