Really? Was thinking about buying the Dark Cherry braided loop, would have been my first one, but for $99 I guess I will pick up Leather Link instead and buy the regular solo loop or sport band.
The Dark Cherry is the one I'd go with, but I have to see it in person first. It's so nice to just pull the watch on and off without fussing. But for the 10 months it lasted, is it worth 30¢ a day?

The leather 13 Pro Max cases are dreadful. I'm happy to pay the extra cost of an Apple leather case because they're incredible, but not with any of those colors. I'll have to wrap my 13 with a 3rd party case until Apple comes out with better colors.

What the hell where they thinking... 😩

Did they kill off the Hermès edition? If so, that would be really sad. It’s the only adult looking watch of the bunch. The rest look like toys.

“**Requires iPhone Leather Wallet with MagSafe and iPhone 12 or later with Find My enabled in iOS 15. Not supported on Clear Case with MagSafe.”

Can someone explain to me what’s up with that? It seems like choosing a colored phone is pointless if you have to get a colored case just to use the feature you’re paying for in your accessory. Does plastic have magical “find my” blocking powers? Or is Apple punishing people for not spending the same money for the same case that hides the iPhone’s color?

…i never learned with this braided loop they only lasted a month used after becoming unusable due to loosening…such an expensive piece, oh well
some people get it to shrink after washing and drying. Or streching the band as if to make it wider, which shortens it.

i bought two sizes down from what the measuring tool said. fits great after 3 months still.

My braided solo loop was starting to get a little loose. The techniques above tightened it back up.

Does anyone else think it is odd that Apple is selling accessories for the S7 when it won't be released until "this Fall" (whatever that means). I know the bands can be used with older Apple Watches but it still seems odd.

The watch faces article suggests: no.

They just won't likely release new hermès bands until the accompanying watch is out.

I only wear sport loops, so I’m a little disappointed in the new season bands. I like the colors of maize and pomelo, but I don’t like the half-and-half split stripe design Apple’s adopted here. I would have preferred a maize band with pomelo rails. The maize seems a more mellow yellow than the Sunflower, which was a bit bright for me.

I only use sport loops too, and I am not impressed with the new offerings.

I’ve had really good luck with the knockoff sport loops. Some of mine are three years old now, and indistinguishable from Apple branded. I have four OEM and about a dozen knockoffs. None have failed.

Not sure why apple ditched space grey for midnight when midnight on the series 7 looks like a blue colour.

Don’t buy the silicone solo loop band. Similar to many others on Reddit, Apple phone support told me to make an in-store appointment about the year forming in my 10-month old navy band where the store rep told me it’s not covered after making me wait 30 minutes. Won’t be buying another solo loop band from Apple.
