That's on the Apple India site, it shows as 9.16 on the US site. I'm guessing it will be released within the next two hours, that would be 9.17 in India and 9.16 here in the US.

@MacRumors - you should mention iOS 14's ability to let the user set a custom encrypted DNS system wide. This is one of my favorite features but it's missing in the round-up page of iOS 14.
