You can delete the beta profile. When an update newer than what you have shows up, it will download. I don't think it will update for you today as the GM was released through the beta channel.

The beta GM version is identical to the public release iOS 14 version, no difference.

Thanks, but for future releases of the iOS, since the developer profile is deleted, I should be able to download as a regular consumer, correct?

New iOS updates have usually always always been released at 10AM Pacific time if I remember right? Like since iOS5
