My predictions

"iPad Mini" $300 updated with A9 processor and goes back to Mini 2 body and unlaminated display.
"iPad" $330 A9 processor iPad Air body and display
"iPad Pro" 10.5 $600 and 12.9 models $800 - A10X 16 Core Gpu? 4Gb Ram across the lineup, Edge to Edge Displays with Truetone. Upgraded camera to bring parity to iPhone 7 single lens. Upgraded 4 speakers (improved quality).
I wish. But I think that's a bit ambitious for the pros - Apple probably won't release edge-to-edge models until 2018 coupled with OLED. I expect these to be more iterative updates like a solid home button and A10X processors.

OLED wont be till 2018 but the Edge to Edge display has been in the oven for awhile and it is ready to come out.

Interesting Apple calls new iPad the 5th generation instead of 7th. They don't count the iPad airs. Makes me think there will be a new iPad with the Air moniker coming soon. Maybe 10.5 will be a high end Air Pro or something?

I don't think so, Apple deliberately killed the Air naming to simplify the lineup. Soon the MacBook Air will also be killed. Their simplifying the lineups to iPad and iPad Pro. Then for Macs it'll be MacBook and MacBook Pro.

I think they will definitely reduce the bezel size, but I think there still will be some bezel and definitely a home button. The latest rumors have said "similar chassis" to the 9.7, walking back earlier rumors saying that it would be the exact same chassis. Macrumors also posted a picture of a 10.5 inch piece of paper on top of the 9.7 iPad and small bezels remain with room for a home button and camera.

EDIT: Here's that picture. Bezels do remain with the screen size and the current 9.7 inch chassis. Looks like enough for home button and camera.

Room, yes, but even so I think they'll use whatever home button replacement tech that is going in the iPhone 8.

Trend for 2017 is removing bezels and buttons. Another couple of years, I'd put money on Apple removing the Lightning port, not to replace with USB-C but to go wireless only.

Interesting, you don't think this year's 10.5" is going to be edgeless? You think they're gonna make a new product with a bigger screen and keep the old design language? I think they would get clamored for lack of innovation if they did that.
Well revisiting, it wasn’t edgeless and I don’t see Apple getting clamored for a lack of innovation. I think the iPad is so far ahead of any other tablet people don’t really care if it doesn’t bring much innovation with each update.

The iPad Pro is easily the best tablet on the market! It really doesn't matter if there is a bezelless display.
