Here's why Classic doesn't work in Leopard

Did this ever make any progress? I've got an iBook I'm upgrading and would like a few OSes to play with. I'd love a Sorbet/Classic combo if it ever gets figured out.

Depending upon your iBook, you may get OS9 booting directly on it with some limitations.

I can't add much, but I can say that this is a horribly fascinating thread. If someone cracks the code enough to make a more public release, that would be very interesting.

I'm gonna keep running OS 9 natively though, it's lots of fun on my iMac G3
