This is a wicked theme. :)

The app Icons are from the Metius theme. The status bar is called Brushed Metal Hd status and I increased the clock size and got rid of the battery icon with an app called Clean Status. I also removed the page dot with an app called Remove Dot :)

Here is my lock screen called asymmetric lock screen hd with my own wallpaper ssh'd into the file :)

I'm actually a complete noob when it comes to SSH theming. :p Nice looking theme though!

These smartphones really are just portable computers. Either you click on the mouse or you point a finger to open an app. You don't see UI refreshes every year or two. At its core, alot of a GUI stays the same. You either live with the pace of what Apple is doing or get other phones that can boot multiple OSes like the HTC HD2.

A UI is like a Facebook default pic or wallpaper on your computer. Even if you first love it, you still would want to change it from time to time because it will get "boring" the more you see it over and over. But at the end, it is a cosmetic thing. I would love to see a slight refresh, but I don't expect it without sacrificing battery. Even the UI in the iPod classics or iPod nanos generally didn't change all that much after six generations.

If you get the asymmetric hd lockscreen it's really simple to change the wallpaper! I'm a noob too but this is really simple. If you know the steps to setup ssh like getting ssh from Cydia on your phone then a desktop client like Cyberduck or Filezilla these are the steps.

Turn on ssh on your phone
Open desktop client
Select sftp
The address for your Phone is 192.168.0.3
Username is ROOT
password is ALPINE
Port is 22

Once you connect go into the /var folder then stash then you will see your themes folder for winter board. Double click the asymmetric hd folder and there is a file called BG.jpg. That is the wallpaper the theme comes with. Delete that and them on your desktop grab your own wallpaper, rename it to BG.jpg and drag it back into where you removed the other wallpaper from.

Then in winterboard on your phone select the asymmetric hd theme and respring and your done :)

I'm very bored with iOS already. Anyone have the same feeling!?

Not at all. Waited forever for Verizon to get the iPhone and I couldn't be happier. Does everything I want and need it to do and most importantly it is very fluid.

Okay sweet! Yeah I'm not new to SSHing whatsoever, and I have changed my root password and I've installed apps through SSHing before. I am just really in the dark when it comes to creating themes and putting in clocks and wallpapers and custom icons with SSH. Thank you for explaining it to me! :)

No problem. I'm sure you know about the clock hide app you need so the lockscreen works properly. :) lol at the moment I wouldn't go any further than just changing a wallpaper in ssh :p

Btw the theme comes like that with the clock, date etc no ssh needed. The only thing i changed on the lockscreen is the wallpaper from the stock one. Next I need to work out how to get a 24 hour clock :D
