One feature I discovered yesterday (not sure which beta it was added in):

Safari's Find on Page Bar is improved. Now after you trigger Find on Page (still as tedious as before), you can tap on the bar to change what you're searching for.

The new OS X theme is great, for puking rainbows. Why did Apple turn OS X into the visual train wreck that was iOS 7 ?

I can't agree with shifting keyboard uppercase/lowercase characters, I'm supposed to be typing, not adjusting to a different interface at each keypress !! Bring back Scott Forstall fast, to keep the boat afloat.

Everything else seems great tho.
yeah no i cant agree to that. FINALLY the keyboard is switching to lowercase characters like every mobile phone has been doing it since the nokia 3310 days. always annoyed me not knowing what stage i am currently in

Is one of the hidden features is that the personal hotspot actually works and I don't have to open it up on my phone before my mac connects? You know.. like it was originally intended...

Hiding the top menu bar! That's wonderful. Now my Adobe apps can actually be fullscreen instead of enlarged. I never understood why Adobe was so anal about that.

am I the only one who expected the sentence "the famous spinning beachball..." To continue along the lines of "is much less of a problem due to improved scheduling algorithms" or something lile that, rather then talking about the flipping colors? Apple needs to work on its priorities

I learned how to pronounce Helvetica Neue just in time for it to get replaced.
Uh how else did you expect it to be pronounced? It is a german word. German for new. You could have had google translate speak it to you. Though I am fluent in german so i guess it just new for a long time...

In iOS they need to make the letters at the right side in a contact or iTunes list bigger. They are so hard to tap and if you miss you tap the contact for the row you are on. Even if they aren't bigger, the phone should know you are trying to jump to a letter and not that contact by how far right you tap.
Instead of tapping why not just drag your finger along the letters?

Also, not sure how hidden some of the features mentioned are since they were announced at WWDC.

Pro Tip:

Rather than trying to tap the letter you want, instead try sliding your finger down to the letter you want to jump to. It works much more frequently, and on the occasions when it doesn't you still stay on the same screen and don't accidentally trigger an action that you then have to undo.

EDIT: damn, beaten to the punch by mere seconds.

You know how you wiggle your finger on the trackpad to see where your pointer is on your screen? When you do that now, the pointer enlarges to make it easier to see. It's fun!

These are my favorite kind of articles! Insightful and give me something to look forward to!

Nice videos, cheers for that.

Trying to resist the temptation of installing the public betas when they arrive in July.

I mentally pronounced it similarly to queue, but I never needed to say it out loud and never sought out its pronunciation for some reason.

Where is the darn F.lux (https://justgetflux.com) support... come on Apple!

What do people think "automated shades profile" is?

EDIT: I'm an idiot, this is clearly for HomeKit... Oh well.
