High res with the anti-glare or not?

I've had my RMBP for only a day, and I'm already experiencing eye strain. I'm not sure what to do about it, as I love the computer otherwise. I've been using an AG for the past 6 years and it's really hard to adjust to the brightness.

This would be the perfect computer for me if it had a matte screen...
