Same here. Unfortunately, with low cost will probably come limited storage. If there was a 64 gb version of this "low-cost" iPhone, I'd definitely get it.
I am confident that they will not offer a 64gb version.

As much as I want to doubt this rumor, all these photos are in sync with what we usually see around a release date, so I'm almost positive we will see a low cost iPhone. I just can't believe apple is really doing this. I can totally see them losing a lot of sales on the premium iPhone.
The thing is, it was first, now its slipping further whilst those in 3rd have come from 4th, 5th and beyond! It's not about being number one (that was always the beauty of apple, it wasn't about rankings, it was about the customer!) but with market share slipping and Apple seemingly doing nothing about it (how many iterations of the Galaxy 4S have we seen in recent months, compared to nothing from the Apple camp!), it could be too little too late as the likes of Samsung zoom past (which to be honest, is that really such a bad thing ... the public vote with their wallet!)
I'm not sure it will cannibalize anything, especially if it just takes the price point of the current iPhone 4 (free on contract, $450 unlocked) or maybe slightly lower... $399 or $349 would be a pretty big deal.
If it is only 8gb like the current cheapest iPhone, they can price it at $349 without cannibalizing the 16 gb $229 iPod Touch OR the 16gb iPhone 5 at $550 unlocked.
As for the Classic... It needs to be discontinued or updated with a lightning connector. It only makes sense.
Wow fake, look at the last picture, the reflection is a silver colour. it's an iPhone 5

I think the focus of a low cost phone is to introduce an option in markets where there are little to no subsidies available for handset purchases. So, the phone may not even be released in USA to start with.
Apple may target China and India initially to increase global distribution.
