Using an external USB Keyb:-
BCEGHIMNOPQRUVWXZ

Alrite. You got me too.

I'll try this again eh?

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

Nope, still correct.

I don't know how to feel

ACDEGIJLNRSTUVWY

Same as Dell guy above (post 3 i think)

Im also on a dell. (im in work, leave me alone)

I am going to speculate that it has something to do with too many inputs along the same pathway!!! (is the problem only on desktops?)

Strange.

Very strange, worlds must be getting pretty thin on the ground if Cthulu is only after our brains. Poor bugger, he must be hungry.

I can't believe I just touched my nose to every key on a public library computer  If I catch something you are responsible! (I'm now licking the mouse in case that is the antidote.)

PBG4 built-in: all keys work. With my old eMac keyboard:
ABCDFGHJKLMNSVXZ

Missing: E I OPQR TU W Y

Also, every non-alpha key works, except:
{ does not
And on the numpad: 456+ don't work. (The others do, but Shift of course changes nothing.)

Interesting. I remember the old "parallelogram problem" on Amiga, where it could register any 4 keys at once, UNLESS they were in parallelogram formation, in which case one would be missing.

Should we be worried?

It'd probably explain why my MacBook Pro is so warm.

*shrug*

I suppose I'll just make sure I'm only holding one shift key at a time. Just to be on the safe side.

Well, I didn't hold the Command key down too. To be honest, I'm a little too scared to try.

There's a little bit of information about it here. Seems like Apple is leaving out a few diodes on their keyboards which is causing "masking" of certain key combinations.
