Meh, they all come up for me (iBook G4).
I think its basically because some keyboards have different sets of keys going through one circuit or something, making it impossible to hold down certain combinations of keys together, probably a limitation of the design.

Nope, still fine. I'm using a Microsoft keyboard at work on an old Compaq desktop.

I thought it would be interesting to do a chart of all the letters in the order they were posted. It was less interesting than I thought though.
