I went ahead and upgraded to 4.0 and it fixed everything! I'm liking it almost as much as the jailbreak. Thanks again!

Well, I spoke too soon! Now my voice mail doesn't work and my cellular data doesn't work. Any leads on where to look for a fix?

You should try resetting the network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
