Anyone else order with Fedex? I chose standard not expedited (Nov 17-19 on Apple). Fedex app says by Wednesday November 18th but my tracking shows Out for delivery in Philadelphia since 7am today. Shipped from PA as well.

Apparently if you try using a power supply of less than 20W (such as the apple 18W adapter) the mini boots up with an orange glow on the top and doesn't work.

From Gruber's review:

The HomePod Mini even includes a 20W power adapter1 (which it needs — the hazy touch panel “display” on top just pulses orange if you plug it into an adapter that provides less than 20W of power).

I was going to switch out my 18w for my iPad with the 20w :(

I did FedEx; should arrive tomorrow in New Orleans. Everything seems normal on my end.

Did you order the black or white ones? I was on the site day one early in the morning also, and ordered black, and it isn't going to arrive until Wednesday. I think the white ones are shipping earlier for some reason.
I ordered 2x white and 1x black. You could only buy max. 2x per order, so I made two orders and both delivered today.

Did yours arrive? Best Buy site says delivery today for me, but UPS says Wed ("shipping label created, UPS has not received package yet")
Nope. UPS notified late afternoon that I won't receive it until tomorrow.

No option of in-store pick up in my area in Sydney - orders are now "delivery 23-31 December"...
Well colour me a liar - not long after this post I wandered into my local Apple store and picked up two - one for the kitchen and a Christmas gift for the boy in the family.
