Constant temperature monitoring? With appropriate machine learning and monitoring behind it, I could imagine that being a genuinely useful feature.
Making a product called the "Earbuds 3 Pro" that looks so similar to a pair of AirPods Pro that they're virtually indistinguishable? No.
I would be flat-out embarrassed if I worked for this company, no matter how good the technology is. And the fact that their industrial design (and naming) is "As close as we think we can copy Apple without getting sued" means that I don't trust the hardware, either. Copycat design points to a company planning to make sales through appearance or straight-up confusion, not performance.
