Do not want just a cover, want a silicone or leather case what attached to the iPad to protect the back with a fold over cover to protect the screen! Just like they used to make!

I wanted a full case too but I’ve been surprising pleased with the Smart Cover. The back of an iPad is pretty tough. After weeks of unprotected use, there’s no scratches or anything on the aluminum back.
Other than the cold jolt when the metal hits my leg flesh, the Smart Cover is a good choice for the iPad.

I agree. I made a story of one with Apple cover and TLC back, but Apple full case was always my choice. It would be great if it comes back again
