Chatted with Apple rep...no help whatsoever. Wanted to know if Stores in Houston would have different hours because of the inclement weather we are having. The rep kept telling me I had 14 days to pick up if I couldn’t make it. And that Houston galleria will have the hours of 10-9. I tried to confirm that it was delayed opening then because launch day is supposed to be 8-10. 10-9 are regular hours. 🤷🏻♀️
Yeah, my phone in SA shows delayed as well, watch and phone still in Louisville show on time still. I still think they will truck in from SA overnight, no weather issue from SA to Houston, guess we will see.

Mine is still in Louisville as well. Let’s see if it makes it to Houston on one of these night flights.
Side note, been watching YouTube videos and am really loving the midnight green color. All these threads on exchanging midnight green for space grey or silver had me doubting my choice.

The flights into Houston should be fine, the question is if they can make it to the CC, get sorted and onto the truck before they leave for deliveries. They are probably going to leave as early as they can since they have to make up for all the missed deliveries today, which makes it a very close call. I have had packages arrive at 4 am and make it, tomorrow I am not so sure. Hope we are all dry, and hope for the best tomorrow, should know by 8am or so if they are on a truck or not.
Well, my UPS tracking just updated again. iPhone made it to Houston from San Antonio at 5:15 am - delivery scheduled by 3:00 p.m.
Latest scans for my stuff. All still have a 9/20 delivery @ 3PM although i doubt the phones will come.

Woke up and checked my tracking info. Package made it to Houston for Louisville and is loaded on the truck for delivery today. However I also received a text update from UPS saying delivery might be delayed lol.
Its on a truck though and out for delivery, so I think I'll still receive it by end of day.

I got an arrival scan in Houston about 30 mins ago....I am close to the CC Stafford location to waiting to see if it makes it there for me to pick up later today.

My phone that went to SA is out for delivery, watch and phone that didn’t went to Austin for some reason, now on way to Houston so I’m guessing Monday. Just annoyed as everything was in same place, so could have all made it.
Awesome!! I see mine arrived in Houston now so must have flown in from Austin vs driven. Very exciting that despite the mess outside yesterday we are getting our deliveries on time.

Yeah it's odd the different routes Houston deliveries took... look again, I see my Austin package is now in Houston (must have taken a plane!). Might be today after all!
