Normally in my right and left hand, unless it is my pocket.

I have a bumper, but with carrying it in my left, front pants pocket, I'm really concerned that I am going to bang it on something while I'm at work. I tend to be a spaz...just a little. With my 3G it was no biggie....since it obviously didn't have a glass back.

I figured out a long time ago that cell phones belong in pockets rather than holsters and such...because I was alway wacking them on stuff. Since I switched to carrying in my pockets my phones have remained in really good shape.

Clear-coat on front and back, bumper and usually in my right hand even though I am left-handed (use that for other things).
