I’m wondering how you guys charging your phones and when?
Do you full charge to 100%? Do you charge over night?
Do you charge every morning when you wake up or do you charge in the evening before bedtime?

I know this isn't good, but I charge my phone overnight. It's just more convenient for me as I usually don't have time to charge my phone during the day.
iOS 13 has optimized charging (to somehow decrease battery degradation) , so I don't worry too much about it.

Overnight via 7.5 watt inductive charging, whenever I'm in my car (which is anywhere from 1 to 6 hours a day depending on my schedule that day) via 5 watt USB charging/CarPlay, and the occasional 18 watt top-off if I'm doing something especially crazy and my battery dies faster than usual. On most days I'm around 75% when I go to bed thanks to the charge I get while driving.

I've always charged overnight good bad or indifferent. I have a wireless desk charger which I rarely need to use. I use a Nomad wireless charger at night along with my watch. Now that I have the Max the battery life is so good I still have at least 75% when I go to bed after a full day.

Seems like many charge overnight!
Myself I’m having 11 pro max and the battery is very good but I mostly charged it full before going to bed. In the morning I will still be at almost full battery and ready for a whole day with even heavy use.

Always charged overnight every night. The 11 pro is so good though in battery life that I charge whenever I hit 10% using a portable or car charger. Usually once every 2 days

Always have and always will charge overnight. Never had any battery issues, my SE was charged that way for two years and was on 96% health and my XR was still at 100% health after a year of use. Always used the genuine charger and cable.

Overnight from about 12am with a MasterPlug USB thing, I do take it off charge though most nights if I wake up and see that it’s at 100%, if not it’s off at 7am.

I charge it via the Samsung Fast Wireless Charger and keep it topped off at 100% most of the time.

I hook it up to a converter connected to my stationary bike in the morning.

3 hours later, and I'm ready to go for the day!

I do the same; Charge over Belkin wireless charger to 100% before I go to bed; Morning I still have 100-98% to last me for the rest of the day.

Overnight using a 7.5 watt inductive charger. I never thought skipping one step (plugging in lightning cord) would be so convenient. Besides Lightening cord doesn't last long. I've had a few already not work due to corrosion at the tip or the cord "burnt out" (browning where the tip connects to the cord).

Before this new phone I charged mine over night all the time. With this one I can go 2 days without charging it again. It's truly AMAZING! I had a full charger yesterday morning and right now my phone is at 54%, so tonight I will put it on a charger at bedtime if needed. LOVE the battery life!

Overnight on all my iPhones and yet to have any problems. My ~1 year old XR that has been charged overnight daily on a 7.5W wireless charger is still at 100% capacity.

I take care of my batteries.. used my iPhone3 5yrs, iPhone5 for 6.5yrs, and iPad2 for 7.5yrs all as primary devices and on original batts.... and still using them (as mp3 and streaming music players). Recently upgraded to an XR as primary.

I either plug into a light timer or USB timer (cost me an extra 10sec to adjust time) at night so it’ll charge just before using it the next morning.... or just manually charge the next morning while I’m eating Bfast/morning routine. I like to cycle around 50%, depending estimated usage for next day. Eg, usually 75-25-75 and 80-20-80, sometimes 90-10-90.

So charging overnight is completely fine? (For short term & long term battery health?)

I've only recently started charging overnight (before I'd charge during the day) & I was always curious if overnight charging wasn't the preferred method to preserve battery health...

Overnight every night by cable and always have done.
It also gets some charge during the day when connected to CarPlay but most trips are only about 15 mins max.
