My shirt.
Or just shower with it and lay it on a towel to dry after (I take off the band to dry both).
I use a product I found at an Apple Store once called Whoosh! It disinfects and leaves a nice polish on the screen after it's been used. Everytime I clean someone's phone with it, they are always blown away by the resulting shine. I've since used it on the watch and it does great with it too. From the product description it claims to be non toxic and environmentally safe.

... How would I get all the soap and body wash and shampoo off?....
Almost 15 years and I have never had any soap left between my watch and arm that caused any irritation. Soap contains so much glycerin that there is very little chance of irritation. As a matter of fact liquid soap is often used as an electrolyte gel for HR monitoring straps by runners. I have done this many 100's of times for hour plus runs and never any irritation.
...There are some that will irritate the heck out of your skin under you ring or watch.
And also contain glue to hold them together and can be left behind as residue.

Do you people not use soap? I would never shower with the watch. It has 3 holes on the side of it. How would I get all the soap and body wash and shampoo off?
I'm starting to suspect that tim cook and a lot of people on MR have very poor hygiene with all the advocacy this idea is getting.
Of course I use soap. I even wash my watch with the soap and rinse it off. No issues at all. The watch is designed to protect the internals from light water like this.
Now, I don't do that with the apple watch every time I shower. But occasionally I doubt will hurt it.
Run it under the faucet (but beware of the mic and speaker)
