Little bit of soap and some running water. Towel dry and it's good to go. Since the soap removes smudges, it leaves the case really shiny. I do this once every day or every other day.

I just wipe it on my shirt when it gets a little smudgy. This is where the oleophobic coating comes in handy, since the oil just comes right off instead of smearing.

The only time I've rinsed off my Watch with warm water was after a workout and there were some salt deposits left on it. I turned the Waych off, removed the sport bands and rinsed for a few seconds while turning the digital crown, since Apple recommends this, pat it dry with a towel and was good as new.

Cavicide wipes at the end of each day that I work in the clinic, and just regular water when I'm done working out at home.
