I hate Apple hardware. I only care about OS X. In fact, I hate it a little too.

HA! Take that.

Hmm. I'll try this for real...

-I'm ambidextrous.
-I cannot match clothing. At all.
-I don't give a damn about sports.

Dr Q, that's the best explanation I've ever had of what colour blindness is like makes a lot more sense to me now.....and gives me some ideas on how to wind-up my colour-blind co-worker:D

Well here, Im different the everyone else because:

- I'm NOT gay.
- I don't absolutely hate PCs. (Until someone asks me for help and I have no idea what Im doing)

I'm different from everyone else because:

- I use and love Macs
- I like shopping and style. :)o Im not gay)
- I'm a perfectionist when I do something. (For example, if I clean my room it has to be perfect but it doesn't bother me when its messed up)
- I HATE fast food.
- I don't like laying on the beach, I'd rather do something productive or my exciting.

And there's probably more that I cant think of right now.

I've always thought of myself as different than most people, however I feel an odd sense of belonging and sameness in this virtual community. I guess many of us here are alike in our differences. Anyway, here are some ways in which I am different than the status quo:
1. I am a staunch conservative yet I am an artist, creative.
2. I am a practicing Mormon, but I don't like Jello
3. I hate pretty much all sports, except for hockey
4. I have lived in the US since age 5, but am still a Canadian citizen
5. I think "24" is one of the stupidest TV shows ever created.
6. I have performed as a soloist with a major symphony orchestra
7. I left home at 15 to go to boarding school.

I'm sure there are more but I can't think of them right now.

Oh where to begin...

1. I like Windows PC's AND Mac's (and Bill Gates is awesome  )
2. I got an iPod months AFTER getting an iMac G5
3. I hate beaches and sand
4. I have a deep love for cars, I would own a Subaru before I would ever own a Mercedes.
5. I dislike ice cream
6. I believe that there must be more to life than just money, but I have yet to have any experience that would prove that is correct.
7. I do not care about sports whatsoever
8. I have no musical or artistic talent/interest, none.
9. I hate alcohol and drinking
10. Those stupid bluetooth headsets piss me off.

What makes me different

I am different or maybe seen different because:

-I am left handed
-I have a photic sneeze reflex (i sneeze from sunlight)
-I am 15 and I do not party or drugs.
-I have long and sharp nails
-I hate people who want to be in a relationship or want sex or something etc
-I want to live in a dark forest where it rains and is cold and not have to worry about anything
-I am sensitive

-I hate people who want to be in a relationship or want sex or something etc

"hate" is an awfully strong word and that encompasses most people. Who wants to be alone?

Personally, I only have 9 toenails despite having 10 toes. I was born like that. I had quite a few complications to my birth and other defects, but that was the only harmless one that I'm happy to share.

Good lord, we're all weird. ;)

For me, I'm gay and learned to play hockey over the last year on a team with a bunch of straight guys, who are the best people in the world. I still have to pinch myself every morning and on the ice, believe me. At my weakest moments, I'm learning to think to myself, "Look where you are right now. Did you ever think you could be in this place? Now stop doubting and get to work. You're lucky to be here, stop complaining." I even have people on this website, like iApples, to thank for that.

I mean, my god, think about this- 10 years ago this would be unheard of. No team of straight guys would ever think of helping a gay guy learn to play hockey. And yet, here we are. They saw me play floor hockey in a gay league and pursued me (relentlessly, I might add, they would not take no for an answer, even when I said I could not skate) to play on the ice with them. And now I'm doing something I never thought possible. Does that make me weird? I don't know. But it most certainly is unusual. And I am very thankful for unusual.

Okay maybe hate isn't the word I am searching for, sorry if I offended you or anyone for that matter.

NP

I suspected you just had a distaste for the excessive focus some people place upon it, which is fair enough really.

I love listening to music, watching films and reading books than no-one has ever heard of. Then sharing them with as many people as I can.

I get a new hairstyle every three months.

I can talk to a lot people about many different subjects. I can talk about Religion and Philosophy for hours, but I also enjoy talking about simpler things such as fashion etc.

I was raised as a vegan, but since the age of 16 I've 'rebelled' and become a vegetarian.

I work at Primark (For you people in the US it's a very large, cheap clothes shop) yet I have a pretty good taste in clothes.

Ok I'll jump in on this thread as well :)

I'm incredibly introverted who married a woman who is incredibly extroverted ( makes for some interesting times)
I have almost no sense of smell
I'm a conservative Christian
I'm an avid runner
I enjoy karate
I'm not an apple fanboy - that is, I like windows and don't hate Microsoft

I'm an Atheist. Despite my entire family being deeply religious.
I have many tattoos but it's becoming more common.
I'm a male that loves love. I even love romantic movies and novels.

That's it for now...

I'm not different from others at all. I'm a cookie-stamp-human.

I'm afraid of death.
More afraid of failure.
Have insecurities, half of them imaginary flaws skewed by my own self-perception.
Desire social acceptance, but avoid the masses.
Wish I could have some positive impact on the world that would be remembered.
Regret past mistakes, poor decisions, and failed attempts.

Unfortunately, I think all of that scripts myself as falling flat within the beige sea of normalcy...

1. I eat only raw food (including eggs, meat, etc).
2. I spend hours and hours listening to and watching operas.

Meh, that's enough, haha.

Uh...

- I'm not afraid of death.
- I can't hold a grudge. If I've been mad at you, give me a couple of days and it'll go away.
- I have a hard time getting addicted to anything. I guess that's good and bad.
- I tend to do random things. Woke up one day, wanted to learn how to ride or woke up one day, wanted a tat. lol. :p
- I'm gay.
- I tend to do stuff that makes me not look gay, at least that's what everyone says.
- I have a thing for Filipinos. (Looongg story)
- I care too much about people, even though sometimes they don't want me to or I have no business.

Just to name a few.
