Grats! But that’s an exaggeration. You could replace most of your cable company content with something like SlingTV or Hulu. It’s all these other entities that are trying to monetize their channels, which many of them can be binged watched in a one month subscription if they are good enough.
What I project is the rub will be people who continue to pay full cable prices, but want to to watch the content on those other channels.
I hope we can get electrical - WiFi and new tv sorted so we can cut cable. Lots to replace but it hinges on the landlord fixing the outlets etc. first.
Do you want a substitute to take the place of Cable TV? What I see is that Sling has both smaller packages, if you want smaller and expensive, and includes AMC (which maybe available in other avenues other than AMC Premier (subscriotion). Of note, my experience is that the basic AMC app only works if you are subscribed to a cable company. It will ask for your cable sign-in.
