How can I open exe. files?

Use the emulator Q, which is what I did on my PPC G4.

Windows might be a bit slow, so i suggest installing '98 then dragging the .exe into that.

I found this free file converter right on the apple website:

I thought the OP wanted to get a .exe to work, which isnt a media file

No one really quite knows what he wants to do. I don't think he does either

.exe = Windows Application. Not a file you can open. It's a program you can launch under Windows.
