How can I stop this thing in safari?

When I go there, all of the tweets on my timeline appear here. How to stop them and delete them?

No way without getting rid of Twitter.

Its not all tweets is it? Its tweets that have an internet link in them so you can access said link in Safari easily rather than them initially opening inside the twitter app then if you want them in safari you have to choose to do it.

Safari should be more sandboxed so it appears in the Twitter permissions list. Then you could deny permission and disable this feature.
