How come some apps don't show up when you KNOW they're in the App store?

I just saw a commerical from apple for the app "Shazam."
so i search it in the app store and the app is not there. just related apps. and this is not the only time it's happened. it's happened many other times. very irritating. anyone know why it happens? thanks

Next time if you can't find it, try a website like appshopper.com and see what it pulls up for you

freshapps.com is another good one similar to digg it rates apps and all that. I've personally had problems with app shopper it seems some apps are missing but im sure they'll sort that one out themselves.
