I love how easy it is now to JB but I have this somewhat reminiscent yearn for the Dev-Team to do something more like Spirit, then others who haven't read up on their facts won't do it and go crazy JBing all the4 Applestore's iPhones, although I thought Spirit was as easy as it could get until jailbreakme.com. It seems that just the thought of having to use a computer was enough to deter some people who otherwise have used jailbreakme.com. I'm not one of those crazy JBers that yearns for the days of the first convoluted JB needing hardware hacking, etc though.

I have a problem using TinyUmbrella. I am the administrator and yet it says " NOT running as administrator OR your hosts file is not editable - Cannot listen on port 80! TSS Server will not work!"
Because of this I can't do anything
I tried running it on several other computers that are on Windows 7 and that error did not appear, however, another one about java did and TinyUmbrella shut down.

When I try to edit my hosts file it doesn't work. It just creates a copy with the changes. I'm definitely logged on as an administrator so I don't know what the problem is.
Thanks for the link! i ran into some trouble last night and I had to restore with 4.0.2. I was shittin bricks but I was able to downgrade to 4.0.1!!
I can't believe that they signed up until now. But yes, I feel your pain...I returned my black i4 for a full refund so that I could wait for the white one to come out, but then that one got delayed twice and now it's indetermined when its coming out...makes me mad.

Returned the 16 gb which had 4.0.1 and received a 32 gb with 4.0.2. I can't live without jailbreaking. I really miss sbsettings and lockinfo. Hopefully the dev team releases the JB soon and apple comes out with 4.1. This really sucks, I was only 1 hr off when apple quit 4.0.1 signing and even rushed home to save the shsh blob.

Lol. Same here. Gave up my jailbroken 16gb with custom theme and everything for a 32gb and now stuck with 4.0.2. Boy I hate it being a virgin.
