How do I keep from opening new windows?

Hello,

Every time I open a folder it opens a new window. I can I change this settings? I am running snow leopard.

I mean when I double click in finder it opens new a new window... then when I click another folder, it opens a new window again...

Do you have the sidebar open? Cause if you don't, it will open a new window.

Ah yes. If you have the toolbar hidden, then it will open a new window each time. Good call.

make your finder looks like this and it should work if not click the capsule in the circle
