While a lot of this is over the top whining, I DO understand the frustration. This launch had the least clarity of any launch that I can remember. I wish they had just said at the beginning that due to the increased complexity and number of models of this particular product that the initial launch of the models would be over the course of a two week period, with initial product being available starting 4.24, they could have avoided the shitfit that is going on right now. People would still be disappointed, but they at least would have known the score going in.
