For fingerprints my t-shirt works well.

If I get greasy fingerprints all over it from texting while eating or whatever, I use a microfiber cloth and some glass cleaner (the aerosol can stuff, invisible glass is my favorite) - same way I clean the windows on my car.

After all, the iPhone is glass. Just be careful to not get any of the glass cleaner inside the speakers/mic/dock connector/etc. I personally haven't had any issues wiping around the home button with it, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it :p

Soap and running water... of course I do have a life proof case on it so your millage may vary. :D

I keep my phone in my pocket and it does it's job pretty well cleaning the screen when I move around:D

I have a microfiber cloth that came with my glasses - I use that to wipe off the screen.

This is the best kept screen cleaning secret. It is a glass/acrylic cleaner that I use on my reef tanks. It is by far the BEST cleaner out there. It polishes and leaves a smooth layer of protection that actually repels finger prints and smudges..Without ANY harsh chemicals...(even safe for reef inhabitants if accidently sprayed into the tank). And not only does it blow away EVERY screen cleaner on the market, it's 1/3rd of the price @ $6.99. If you like a clean screen, do yourself a favor and get a bottle.

I work in a warehouse where they have these wipes to clean safety glasses.. I have purchased 3 boxes of these for home use as well.. They come in a wrapper such as a moist towelette. I use about one a day and it makes the screen look BRAND NEW :D

Shirt or iKlear. Obviously, I have a screen protector, so I'm not worried about scratching. Not going to change the screen protector unless it falls off. I don't care if the screen protector is a mess, as long as the phone is OK.
