Really? That's really interesting. I mean do you just not really get into arguments or if an argument is about to happen your really good at defusing the situation?

I tend to argue in complete calmness, perhaps with a tone of sarcasm, I'm a little over competent and egotistical at times, though I don't have much issue admitting when I'm at fault, if I'm at fault then I'll admit to it, if I'm not at fault then the person i'm arguing has little to no emotional effect upon me and if it's someone I love then I'll drop the matter as quickly as I can.

An argument need not include anger, though I guess that may just be considered an informal debate?

I'm very similar. I don't think it can be an argument without anger, it's just a discussion then, but I always try to wind it down to this. Arguments are no fun.

used to beat my car but repression/expression does not help
now just try to give it to Jesus
He says bless those who despitefully abuse you
anger can be healthy too - get physical - chop wood dance run
just like iron though - best not to lose your temper
our responce is a good indicator of where we really are at I think

Music helps a lot with dealing with anger. After a soft song, I really can't help but soothe down.
