I’ve tried a few android phones that are 6.3” and that seems like the perfect size for me.

I think the 6.3" will be a great size for me when I eventually get one (probably next year). Years ago I would have been excited for the 6.9" but I'm done with big huge phones.

Adding a 5.8" to the lineup now would be perfect but I don't see it happening.

I get wanting to make the big version even bigger, but why increase the size of the regular model? People that want a bigger screen will buy the one with the much bigger screen

I disagree. I for one want something bigger than 6.1" but don't want 6.7" nor 6.9". I have the 15 Plus and its too big, but the 6.1" is too small so the 6.3" should be ideal.

I think the bump to the Pro Max will make it reach the point of unbearable, especially after adding a case. I'll be moving from 15 PM to regular 16. Also, for the fun blue color.

It will be hard to notice the difference. Just hope they do not get any bigger. My ProMax is a handful and enjoy it very much.

This is me, too. The increase isn't even all that big. I doubt we'll notice.

i’m conflicted

really like the 6.7in display size of the current 15 Pro Max. I can reach the control center toggle with one hand. with the new 6.9in 16 Pro Max with its 3mm increase in height, i’m afraid i won’t be able to do so :/

so in that case, i’m disappointed

However on the other hand, I know apple won’t ever downgrade back to 6.7 so might as well get used to the new increased size. especially since the Pro Max will continue getting exclusive camera features as well as continuing having the best battery life of the Pro models.

tldr: i’ll just get used to it.

Coming from 14+ and 14PM to 16 Pro - looking forward to the slightly smaller 16 Pro as my hands are large and keeping the 14PM (work).

First screen size increase on pro line since 12/pro to 6.1 from 11 pro at 5.8

(Also how odd 11 pro was 5.8 oled but regular 11 was 6.1 lcd, looking back but .. guess that’s gonna be the case here regular 16 is 6.1 and 16 pro 6.3 and similar 16plus is 6.7 and 16 pro max 6.9 )

I pre-ordered the 16 pro coming from the 5.8 iPhone 11 Pro. I know this is gonna be my phone for the next few years so I keep thinking maybe I should’ve just went all out and started getting used to the bigger phones like the pro max…. but 5.8 to 6.3 is a decent jump. I just don’t think I could’ve gone from 5.8 to 6.9. I think 6.3 might be the sweet spot. No, I know there’s people out there that are now selling custom to the pro max that they won’t ever be able to downsize. Kind of like seeing 120 Hz and then going back to 60.

I’ll take the larger screen in a marginally larger phone. I have a few iPhone 16 PM cases and put my 15 PM phone in it and the width is just barely wider on the 16 PM. Height is more of a change but again pretty minimal overall.

I normally always go with the smallest Pro but this year if I get it I’m going to go with the Max. Only because I recently started using my phone to edit thumbnails and photo correct. A bigger screen would be great for this.

I’m excited for a bigger phone. I have a case for my 16PM and it still fits great in my pockets, but I’m a fat woman and I only buy pants with functional pockets, which may be a plus size thing, I’m not sure. But my PM always fits in my carefully selected pockets
