I believe there is a user on twitter called macrumors RSS feed or something like that which you can follow, then turn on device updates for.

Common sense (and no doubt the rules as well) require meaningful titles. If everyone did like this the forums would be a lot quicker to browse.

except that when im browsing the index I cant see but the first 3 words of the title...

You can have a meaningful title like "Getting MacRumors Updates" and then post the question in the body...
