But if you want the highest quality, everybody knows you want a RAW image. So, if you want that extra bit of quality, just set up your camera on a tripod pointed at the screen, take a photograph and bam! RAW image with your changes saved!

Well, in this case RAW would have too much resolution, you'd get too much of the screen texture. You should choose a size of jpg that is as close to the screen resolution as possible ... and be careful about white balance.

adobe lightroom

hi folks. Sorry about the awful idea of sreen shots of adobe lightroom changes. Still very confused though about a simple process of saving a changed image in high detail. (still on a learning curve here) cannot understand the lack of a saving ability? such is life i guess. I just need simple instruction, nothing complicated. .:confused:
