I would imagine CineXplayer would have to be installed through OpenSSH. i run any video I put on the phone through a converter program on my PC. I'd have to look it up when I log onto it.

Actually if done right, CineXPlayer installs thru iTunes, has to, to be able to use the filesharing from iTunes to add the movies.
 
Yeah i turned them both on and then turned one on at a time, and the playback was even slower than before :[

Weird, works just fine on mine, even with .mkv's... I do try rebooting/respringing my phone prior to watching anything..
 
@Vonswanko : i tried Cinexplayer on my iphone 4 + displayout 1.2 but whenever i enable displayout, playback in cineXplayer is choppy... But is fine when I disable displayout...

Did you configure something particular for this unless your AVI are poor quality (I tried with these 350MB ones from series) ?
