One of my lines that was showing eligible for a full subsidy after Sept 15th (2 days ago) is now showing eligible for a full subsidy upgrade (non-NEXT) on Apple's website.

I recommend that you go on Apple's website and check your upgrade date.

Thanks a lot for the heads up, just checked all three of my lines, two of them showing eligible for a full subsidy now, one of them showing 10/5/2015. one of my line the contract will end 9/15/2014, the other one will end by the end of September. But both showing eligible for a full subsidy which is good to go for the iPhone 6 :D

Weird. I just checked on Apple's website again today and it still says 9/21 for me.

I'd check back on Tuesday afternoon. I'm not sure of the rationale and which consumers have a roll-back of their ATT full subsidy (non-NEXT).

I was going to recommend you speak with a ATT customer representative but I called yesterday and they were not too helpful. I wish I could give you more info. Good luck!

Thanks, I might do that just to check. I'm probably going with Next for the 6, but in case that doesn't work, I'll probably buy it outright or early upgrade via Apple's website.

Quick update: I checked the AT&T site this morning, and I am now eligible for a new contract & subsidized phone, so it seems the same calendar month rule is valid.

is this still the case? i have a upgrade on November 17th, so i should have a full upgrade tomorrow?
