How fast is at&t 3G internet speed? Did it has 7.2 mbps already?

I am in Long Island, NY and consistently get between 5.5-6.5 down and around 1.1 up. Pretty good.

Download/Upload: 5.10Mbps/1.10Mbps here in Dallas, Texas. The hardware is an AT&T locked iPhone 4 16GB. I'd imagine a 4S would be picking up between 7-10Mbps/1-3Mbps so to answer your threads question YES.
