Its good on my iPhone 5 though I have noticed a decent battery life hit, seems something is polling the GPS every time I unlock. can't figure out what app.

On my iPad 2 it's a disaster. Beta 4 was solid on ipad. Now every time I lift the smart cover the ipad reboots. And safari for some reason keeps loading cached websites requiring a refresh every time I visit.

Running smooth, but can only use data (all of it! Including iMessage as well as Safari or Maps) over wifi since beta 4. It works like a charm after downgrading to beta 3. What's up with that? Am I the only one with this weird problem?

On my iPhone 5, the newest beta seems closer to the final release than past betas. Pretty much bug free and it looks great.
My iPad 2, sigh, LOL. Seems like a much earlier beta. Lots of bugs and glitches and it just seems to not be a good fit on the iPad. Definitely not optimized for the iPad. Apple seems to be putting all their eggs into the iPhone basket with this iOS. It's painfully obvious.

IOS 7 beta 5 runs fluid on my iPhone 5 as it would in a final release. My iPad 3rd Generations running IOS 7 beta is bug/glitch fest. Multi-Touch gesture is a failure. Hopefully beta 6 will fix this.

I'm having issues with the Personal Hotspot in beta 5, the phone continues to send / receive data but the devices connected to it don't. And it broke the compatibility with the Deezer app, which worked fine since beta1.

It's honestly gotten worse. Apps keep force closing, the messages app does some weird stuff, iMessage tends to not want to send at times even when both parties have perfectly fine data connections.

Just seems a bit choppier IMO.

safari is crashing more than usual, especially on macrumor topics... no crashes yet and battery life is meh...

Oh yes, this too. ALL the time on the most random pages.

Safari crashes a couple times a day. Super fluid on an iPhone 5 though. Twitter occasionally acts up and overlaps itself but it probably needs an update for iOS 7 anyways.

Excited to see this go public in likely less than a month

Beta 5 works fine on my iPad 3. A whole lot better than the first Beta for the iPad.

Landscape to portrait and vice versa transitions in email are really clunky.

Good minus the iMessage sometimes does not send and no notification sounds all of sudden... Have to into iMessages to check things out

I have no issues here on iPod touch, it seems all the memory leaks from betas 1-3 have been resolved, I've had no crashes, and have full transparency. The only issue in this beta is the slow boot time, which is resolved by setting a passcode lock.

I'm loving this beta 5! I'm having minor problems on my iPhone 5. One complaint is the inability to shuffle songs in the genre section of music. And the other issue I'm having is not being able to search in my Myfitnesspal app. Hoping all will be well in the final version.

On my iPhone it's running just fine. However the iPad 2 crashes every now and then. By that I mean I have to hard reboot it.

I've noticed the same issue. It seems like, for some crazy, inexplicable reason, the mag cover makes it crash every single time. I have no explanation for it, but if I don't use the cover and lock it, it's fine, but if I put the cover on, it will crash and reboot when I take it off and try to scroll. Very strange.

I've re-installed beta 5 a 3 times so far, once setting it up as a new iPad and nothing has helped. It seems to be a pretty legit bug.

I HATE beta 5 on my iPad 2. It is ugly due to missing transparency, crashes very often and is way less stable than beta 4 (where transparency is available and it looks great o_O)

Running beta 5 on my iPhone 5. Started fresh (wiped phone).

The beta runs quite well. However, after 24 hrs, I can say I pretty much dislike iOS 7's UI. Some of the new features are nice, but the UI is pretty damn horrible. The calendar app is the worst offender. It took 5 full minutes for me to find the damned list/agenda view. The photos app (timescape view or whatever they call it) isn't very intuitive.

I think they tried to hard to make it different for different's sake.

Even Samsung TouchWiz is better than this.

Its ok, just some animations are not silky smooth and the gesture to pinch out on home screen has some funny stuff going on.

IPad 4

Otherwise i really like the new UI, it makes my iPhone 5 feel outdated, which is still on iOS6.

Oh my issue happens randomly when closing or opening an app - I will get just the wallpaper on screen. No icons, no nothing. Home button does nothing and power button just turns the screen off. Holding the power button down does nothing either.

The only way out of it is to hold the Home and Power buttons together to force as hard reboot.

Also I find gestures a hit and miss.

Here's hoping the next update will be better. I will be doing a full wipe and restore with new version next time round.
