General How is Cydia holding up?

Getting all kinds of errors. Must be about half a million people on cydia right now going crazy trying to download things
 
new to ios and jailbreak... i Need tether and im guessing i am getting all the red error messages because cydia is down?

bad gate way's and open nodename nor servername
 
It's not running great for me but the servers are getting slammed. I can't install folderenhancer or 3Gunrestrictor (getting an error message), but I'm happy that I at least got to install bitesms - that's my most-used app anyway.

In the past the whole first day is basically a wash. The second and third days are slow but manageable. After that it's relatively normal.

That said, there was a lot of pent-up demand for this one since it's the first release after a major iPhone hardware revision, so it might be longer than usual.

Same! Went bite, lockinfo, and then a few tweaks. Now nothing but "bad gateway" so, looks like I'm done for now. Happy I got the ones I did immediately. Others can wait a bit.
 
most likely will wait til tomorrow to JB, once the traffic begins to slow down a bit on cydia.
 
Didn't saurik put measures in so this wouldn't happen?

This is the worst I've ever seen cydia
 
saurik just tweeted that the repos are back up.. but its still not working for me
 
I'm able to access some tweaks and such...got Winterboard installed. But with no account access, need that for some of my favorite tweaks.
 
Cydia is loading slightly better now. It's catching up. I actually saw the progress bar just now for downloading Winterboard
