I got my battery replaced on my iPhone 8 Plus in late January... it is now sitting at 97% :(

Even with being more cognizant of what’s good and bad to do with batteries and I kept the charge between 65%-75% and some days I didn’t do it but it still dropped down to 97% no matter what.

At this point, I’m about to turn off the battery percentage like I did with my 6 Plus and just use the hell out of my iPhone and charge it when I get a chance.

The funny part is that my 6 Plus with the original battery had 86% heath and with over 1,500 charge cycles lol. I just didn’t care and it was pretty good to me.

I have noticed that the new XS/MAX generations have better battery management because I know a few phone junkies that still have 100% health with like 500 cycles.

It’s a roll of the dice
