Anywhere from 8-10 hrs per work day, much less on the weekends.

Wow. I've never really thought about this.
MBP - probably 4-5 hours.
iPhone/iPad - 4-5 hours.

Almost all of my waking day.

Typically about an hour per day on the computer, and spurts of a couple of minutes here and there on the iPhone.

If I get myself involved in a programming project, a game, or am bored on the road somewhere, the usage will increase substantially.
