It took 3 weeks here for the money to be wired to my bank account.

When I bought my 15" MBP last year, I had the rebate checks in literally 5-6 days. This time, not so much.. I bought the 13" 3 days after the keynote (the first day they were in stock basically), and still haven't received it.

The funds are just placed back onto the credit card you paid for it with.

I applied for my rebate about 2 and a half weeks ago and still nothing yet.

This is NOT true. I purchased my MBP on the day of WWDC, and just received an email on Monday stating that, "my rebate CHECK has been mailed." So close to 4 weeks since original purchase date for me to receive mine. I had a custom build, so I had to wait until it shipped before submitting the rebate online. And it will not be credited on my CC.

It's been 3.5 weeks since I submitted my BTS rebates for my ipod touch and printer. I called apple rebate center and was told that it takes at least 30 days for them to verify all the information...and only then, will they start to send out the rebate(s)?! I am glad to know that others have waited just as long.
