Doesn't take long to get used to it, although I prefer the feel of the physical button. I do find myself using my fingernail though, which doesn't work, as I had the habit of doing that so I don't accidentally unlock it when I just wanted to display the notifications. I know there are other options now, but need to get used to that.

It's fast and consistent with the other vibrations the phone makes, so it just feels natural.

After playing with a 7+ at a local I came away disliking the home button. It doesn't feel like a button at all and the bottom of the phone vibrates. How long did it take for owners to become used to the home button? I tried the 3 built in settings and none felt good.

Took me about 5 minutes. I love the new home button. The Taptic feedback feels just like a click.

Although, taking a screenshot for the first time is weird.

You get used to it quickly. I was having a hard time at first with it, felt so weird but now actual home buttons on my other devices feel old.

I hated it for about 10 minutes...

Now I LOVE it. The button clicks and Touch ID is so much faster. I used to have to wait a second on my iPhone 6 to get Touch ID going, now it works in like a 10th of a second. Wow. Love not having to slide to unlock now.

And the click was weird at first, now it's normal to me. I like it better than the one on my 2 year old iPad, which is a regular button.

Force touch takes some getting used to. I can definitely see the speed improvements now. The thing I need to get used to is moving icons around. I used to press firmly on the screen until the icons wiggled. I can't do that anymore. A force press and wait is different from a light press and wait. Email is cool. I can press harder to see an email and then let go, and move to the next email, look at it, let go. I can do that all with one finger, much quicker than opening the email, then clicking the done button.... I didn't think I'd like it at all, but it's changed how I interact with the phone. I originally thought it was a gimmick, I don't think so anymore.

Within the first day I was sold. I was skeptical after reading reviews but after using it, I really like it. I find myself "clicking" it just for fun. I'm on a 7 w/ click level 2.

It took about half the first day. I was hitting the button more than I meant to for some reason. Once I spent some time with it, I love it. The old button was something that in the back of my mind I always felt could wear out. Not anymore.

Honestly I love the new home button. It's one of my favorite things about the phone! I would say I'm used to it, but I still am totally all about the novelty of it.

I got used to it almost immediately. It doesn't feel like a button at all but that's not a bad thing.

I'd say I got used to it (in the sense that I stopped noticing it) about 12 hours after it. It never bothered me, though - the issue was that I kept wanting to play with it.

When I'm holding the phone it feels like a button click to me. I love it! Took me less than a day to adapt.
