These OSes run on iPhone now, apparently. Havent tried it myself:

But you can run the more recent Linux distrubitions desktop OSes on a phone now.

I use Linux every day at work (through Azure).***

Linux (especially the Linux desktop flavours) is a total disaster. Filing your tax return is more user friendly.

No one can tell me, that there are people out there who would want to use Linux on a mobile phone.

***Is not going to happen, but in the ideal world my employer would let me use macOS and their version of BSD Unix.
