The funny part is that I'm REALLY not well to do off, but I refuse to buy a PC ever again, so at my house we have 4--well, my iBook is in the mail currently, but I own an iMac G3 and iBook G4 while my brother owns an iMac G3 too and my mom owns the eMac.

The way we figure it is that the less we have to repair the less down time is worth the extra few hundred--that's like one repair shop fee, so just don't go in the first place :p

Three main ones, a macbook, mini and a g4 powermac.

Bought another powermac g4 for parts and it was so cheap only 50. Plus I picked up a cube, because they are so damn sexy.

I personally have and use only 2 but i have more then 10. A few iMacs for for people to use in my LAN and a few laptops laying around. I do have +5 apple laptops and +3 desktops that i have used in my past, i dont like to sell them, they die beside me. I think thats what they want, to be beside there master in there finals days.

lol--Hey, do you think the Cubes are bigger or smaller than the Minis? I would guess bigger, but I haven't seen one in years. Guess most people wouldn't get something that small for power, even back then. Still, they were the coolest desktops ever.

One MacBook. It's less than one month old, being a replacement for my original MacBook. I would have bought another one had my first one not been plagued with problems. I already set aside some money for another Mac and I got mine replaced (sweet).

However, things will change now. Cannot spend without much thinking anymore...we are expecting our first baby :D. And if the baby punches as much as he/she is punching in the womb right now, I'll have to secure my computers

More than 10, I'm afraid to say, with the majority being old 68k machines. I have a couple Apple II series machines piled up in the attic too. I've never gotten rid of an Apple computer, though my father once tossed out a working Mac IIfx and two IIsi's that I traded a new copy of Red Hat Linux for back in high school.

I have 16!

I have 7 iMac G3 slot loaders 400-600Mhz. Three iBooks. Two G4 Cubes. Two Power Mac G4's (Digital Audio & Quicksilver). One 17" iMac G4 1GHz. Mac mini Intel 1.83GHz Core2Duo I love and use them all, not at once. Two/Three Macs in each room! They each have their own personality.:D Does my 8GB iPod Touch count as a computer? I'm starting to think it does...ok 17!

3 at the moment. iMac G5 with Mac OS X 10.4.11, upgraded to 300GB HDD and 2.5GB RAM (mine); MacBook Pro (see signature) - also mine, and PowerBook G4, 1.25 GHz, upgraded to 1GB RAM (my mother's).

I think I might have a dead PowerBook G4 667 lying around the house somewhere - it got wine spilled on it :(

4: macbook pro, imac (which are mine), macbook (my little sister's), ibook (my mom's). Little by little everyone that I do computer maintenance work for is replacing their current machine with macs.

My signature speaks for itself, but for those who disabled them, I have a Mac Pro (quad 2.8) as my powerhouse and primary desktop, a 12" PowerBook G4 (1.5 Ghz) as my primary laptop, a Power Mac G4 (1.25 Ghz SP) as a secondary desktop and beginning of my collection, a PowerBook G3 as my secondary laptop (233 Mhz), and more to come (a few iMac G3s from my uncles place of work, some more Power Mac G4s and iMac G4s from a T-shirt shop, etc).

We have 2, an iMac and an Air. We also have two iphones so four computers if you count those because we are always browsing and checking email on those instead of the computers!!

Yes it is a tricky thing, to know if iPod's and iPhone's can be considered has computers. Just to let you know that for this thread, they are not considered.

But I do appreciate, and surely others, to know that you are using as a computer. Well, that you replace some computer tasks by using your iPhone.

Keeping home home, I only have an iMac, poor duct taped repaired 12"PB and my Air.

When I go to work, home only has two, Air travels.

Work is a whole other story.

MacGuy - whats the work story? D you work with macs? I am always jealous when I hear that!

If you dont mind what industry do you work in? I havent really met any other industries outside of graphic design and music production that do - thanks!
