Keytone Mall (Indianapolis, IN)
Woodfield Mall (Schaumburg,IL)
Michigan Ave. (Chicago, IL)
Eaton Square (Columbus, OH)

The Keystone Mall location is an hour from my house so I am there quie a bit.

Chandler, AZ
Pasadena, CA
Mall of America, MN
Cupertino

Strangely, I haven't made it to the other Phoenix area Apple store yet.

Hoping to see the Michigan Ave. store sometime soon.

One of the few advantages of travelling 50% of the time for work:

1. Mayfair Mall (WI)
2. Mich Ave (IL)
3. Woodfield (IL)
4. Oakbrook (IL)
5. Troy (MI)
6. Novi (MI)
7. Durham (NC)
8. Pasadena (CA)
9. Northridge (CA)
10. Pheonix (AZ)
11. Littleton (CO)
12. Highland Park (TX)

With luck, I'll hit the two DC (NOVA) stores and Soho next month.

but i've been to Palo Alto, Emeryville, Walnut Creek, and Northridge.

that's what i have heard...but maybe it's a good business practice

i used to work at kinko's and it was totally designed to operate like a mcdonald's...very quickly and efficiently

the founder of kinko's just sat in mcd's and watched the movement for hours

when i worked there, our clothes/uniforms came from he same supplier and we were trained exactly the same way as fast food workers...the only problem was that copies are not as popular as fast food and the kinko's franchise folded

they are back to being company owned and no franchises exist independently anymore and now i don't see just them everywhere anymore...lots of competition...kinko's blew it and grew way too fast for their own good and during the huges loses that kinko's went thru during the closing of the franchise agreements and repurchasing of some of their stores, better competition stepped in using kinko's ideas

and in contrast, apple didn't grow fast enough...being first is certainly no guarantee in dominating a business market

Actually, I'd say you need to go to three -- one boutique (no theatre), one standard, and one two-level. ;)

:)) I guess Turkish people like to travel alot, because I'm in Turkey and I've been to

NYC SoHo
CambridgeSide Galleria (Boston, MA)
Walden Galleria (NY)

all three where great pleasures, I bought my Canon s50 from SoHo, 12"PB and 15gb iPod from Walden Gal, and a 30 gb iPod as a gift to a friend from Cambridge..

But the best was, no doubt, SoHo! That old fire department building now shines with charm!...

1. South Coast Plaza - Costa Mesa
2. 3rd St. Promenade - Santa Monica
3. The Grove - Los Angeles
4. Fashion Valley - San Diego
5. Ala Moana - Honolulu

I visited #5 the day the new PBs came out and I saw the first 15" PB on Oahu, basically. They weren't on display but I coaxed the guy to bring one out from the back.

1. Tyson's Corner, VA
2. Oak Brook, IL
3. Woodfield, Schaumburg, IL
4. North Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL
5. Fashion Show, Las Vegas, NV
6. Fashion Island, Newport Beach, CA
7. Third St. Promenade, Santa Monica, CA
8. South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, CA

that means I've visited about 13% of the stores currently open. I usually take my iBook and use the wireless internet. it rocks.

SoHo, Woodfield, Oakbrook, Michigan Avenue, Columbus, Cincinnati, Old Orchard (I know, but for really good reasons I count that in this category.)

Only 1. The Roosevelt Field store in Garden City. It is one of the small stores. I hope to get to SoHo one of these days....

I've only ever been to the Apple Store in the Mall of America (Bloomington, Minnesota) . It's a nice store. I've been to our local Apple Reseller in Cedar Falls, Iowa as well.

Same here! :) (Dutch are renown travellers...)

Went to the NYC Soho one too, the day after it was opened last year!
By far the most beautiful store (any store) I have ever been....
Wish we could have a couple like them in Europe.

Bay Area stores. I walk to the Bay St store about once a week (10 minutes to get there on foot, and don't have to screw around with that mess of a parking garage).

Sadly, I haven't been able to visit an Apple Store anywhere else.

Dan

I've been to the Tampa store, and should go to the Orlando one, since it's much closer. I just wasn't that impressed. I mean, it's probably great for marketing, but I didn't care for it. Not enough stuff for the experts.

There are no "real" Apple Stores at all in Europe....
But are there no Apple resellers in your country with somekind of showroom somewhere?
I remember the small discussion we had about the 20" TFT. Any luck yet?
