You will also find that the more fit you become the more you have to workout to achieve the same amount of calorie burn. Our bodies learn to become super efficient so the amount of calories burned greatly depends on many different factors. That's why calorie calculation is so difficult and all of them are nothing more than an educated guess
Harder to get the heart rate where you want it. You lose some of the resting burn and some of the active burn when you lose weight. You have to do more just to stay even. That’s part of the trickiness of losing weight. Once you’re in maintenance, at least things stay a little more steady state.

I am quite shocked i am severely lacking in just sheer moving around, i will start moving it up to a solid 600 cals a day and then work to go beyond that, but i also skate in the skatepark 3/4 times per week, no idea what i burn there.

I consume around 440 cals for lunch, so at the moment i only burning enough to get my lunch out of my system lol.
specs: 35 years, 1.76cm, 76.0 kg morning, 76.8 kg evening. just within the max of my BMI.

I need to work harder lol, i want that man gut out.

You can do it bud! The activity app really does help out a lot.

Move goal set for 1050 cals/day and average about 1150. Weight train and some cardio daily plus plenty walking stairs vs elevators etc...

Trimmed 35lbs in the process :)

Being full time programmer is a tough job to keep my calorie ring moving. My average is 750-770. I'm 181cm, 84kg, 29 years old, lol. I know I'm on the bad side of the scale lol. 1500 seem unachievable to me now lol
