The S version iPhones always have the same shape as the prior iPhones. So any case you buy now is good for two years.

Just like with the durable previous versions (which am giving away to loved ones or being used as backup etc media) my iPhone 5 will last for many years especially if my cases are as durable then in the furure my loved ones will also enjoy them or as an iPod or purely as pocket computer or camera yada yada yada.

Costly now but in the long term it is a good investment plus I travel a lot and it is one way making it looks fresh (once in a while).

yeah check that and I had my buddy who works at best buy get me one as a going away gift (BBY employee discount is 50% off) and I got him a welcome home gift

Same pattern as last gen for me.

1) Super ultra cheap-o one from Amazon that is exactly as cheap quality as its price
2) Full TPU case due to paranoia of scratches
3) Bumper due to hating having back covered
4) Invisible shield because hated having bumper thickness
5) Naked because hated the feel of shield

I really should know better but in the end Im sure I'll do the same thing next upgrade.

Does the belkin grip candy sheer scratch the phone when removed ?
